Our first product let people talk to their data. Ask a question, get an answer back. The key was making the output reliable. The interface was never the hard part.
Every AI project became a data project
As we scaled the business, we kept coming back to the same thing. People's data was a mess and their AI projects were failing as soon as they went to push them into production.
Answers are only as good as the data
Where the data underneath was fragmented, undefined, or ungoverned, the AI was confidently wrong. Point the same model at a clean foundation and it became useful. The data core became the determining factor for success.
So we changed the order of the work
